One way to handle depression would be to falsify it till you make it. Attempt To act as though you are not depressed. Really give it a great attempt and push yourself too. Envision that you are not depressed and eventually it will come to pass. Essentially you are fooling your mind, since if you are doing it enough, your brain will not realize it is depressed.
